From heat-infused sculpting to mindful flow, we combine cutting-edge science, expert cueing, and intentional design to give you results that feel as good as they look. Our owners, trained in breathwork and mobility, guide every session with years of hands-on experience to ensure safety, performance, and transformation.

The Science of NIR Infrared Heat

Red Light Therapy got its start at NASA in the 1980s. Scientists were using it to grow plants in space when they noticed it had amazing effects on healing. Fast forward to today, and over 4,000 scientific studies have proven what those NASA scientists first discovered–red light really works.

Luma Wellness combines the core-strengthening and body-sculpting benefits of pilates and yoga with the therapeutic effects of red light. (Yes, the same red light you get at the med spa!) During your session, you'll exercise while bathed in soothing infrared light, creating a synergistic effect that enhances both your workout and recovery.

  • All hot classes use near-infrared (NIR) light embedded in our heating system. Benefits include:
    Increased circulation: NIR light penetrates 2–3 inches to enhance oxygen delivery
    Joint and tissue repair: stimulates collagen and reduces inflammation

Our Class Offerings

HOT Mat Pilates

Intensity meets mindfulness in the heat.
Experience traditional mat Pilates exercises in a heated studio (approx. 95–100°F) enhanced with NIR infrared light to stimulate circulation, improve flexibility, and increase calorie burn.

Mat Pilates

Precision-based core and full-body training without heat.
Focuses on alignment, control, and posture with exercises targeting:

Barre / Hot Barre

Sculpt, tone, and elongate. Barre blends ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and strength training. Hot Barre adds:
• Infrared heat to enhance flexibility and circulation

• Focused small muscle engagement for long, lean lines

Yoga Sculpt / Hot Sculpt

Strength + sweat + stretch.
Yoga Sculpt incorporates yoga postures with resistance training and light weights, while Hot Sculpt adds the infrared-heated environment for:

HOT Yoga / Yoga Flow

Experience the ultimate recovery and performance sessions with our 14-person mobile sauna and multiple mobile ice tubs.
