First we need to let you know at Pulse we move with intention, train with care, and welcome you exactly as you are. You’re not just taking a class — you’re joining a community that moves, grows, and supports each other the moment you walk through our doors, you’re seen, supported, and welcomed with open hearts.

Here’s what to know before stepping into class — we’ve got you.

We are located right off of I-79 Race Track rd. exit, inside of Quail Acres Our with our exclusive entrance of a all-green building with a ton of windows in the front Our logo is on our front windows, and you can enter right at the left side of the building up a short, cute ramp to our adorable front door! Adress is 1445 Washington Rd, Washington, PA 15301

What will it be like when you arrive?

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed at the front desk by one of our community coordinators. They’ll help you check in on our iPads or iMac, show you around the space, answer any questions, and make sure you feel at ease.

Before class, they’ll also introduce you to your instructor and help you get set up in the studio — because at Pulse, we’re here to support you from the moment you walk in. ❤️

What should I know about Hot Classes NIR?

Hot Class Info (Read This!)

Pulse hot classes use near-infrared (NIR) heat + light, not forced hot air.

  • Expect deep warmth, not stifling heat

  • Heat supports mobility, circulation, and muscle elasticity

  • You can step out anytime — listening to your body is the goal

New to heat? Start slow. Take breaks. Hydrate.

What will I need to Pulse?

  • Water bottle (you’ll sweat 🔥)

  • Grippy socks for Pilates, Barre & Core

  • Yoga mat (rentals available if needed)

  • Small towel for hot classes

We have a large retail are that has Hydrogen Water & organic clean drinks in case you forget your water. You can grab a cup of Alkalized + Structured water at the front desk on us. <3

If you need sticky socks, we have our fav brand up front in our retain area for the CUTEST socks. But also, socks are in no way mandatory!

What should I know if I am just starting to workout post-partum or Pregnant?

Pregnancy & Postpartum (this is special to us and sacred)

We love supporting pre- and post-natal bodies 💙 as many of our instructors have children or are pregnant! We LOVE this.

  • Many classes can be modified

  • Core pressure and breath matter — always tell your instructor

  • Leaking, doming, heaviness, or pain = pause + modify

When in doubt, ask. We’re here for you..

What Should I do if I need to cancel class or arrive late?

Late Policy

  • Doors lock at class start time for safety

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid a late fee

  • No-shows are charged — thanks for respecting our instructors’ time

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • Phones away during class

  • Be kind, be respectful, be present

  • Everyone’s workout looks different — no comparison here

Modifications Are Encouraged

Taking options is a strength, not a step back.
Rest when needed. Skip what doesn’t feel right. Ask for help.

Are all of your classes hot?

Nope! We offer a variety of both heated and gently warmed class concepts. If you sweat (like us), no worries! We provide hand towels for you during your practice and cooling towels to enjoy after class!

Heated Range : 95-108

Warm Range : 75-85

Heated Class Concepts With NIR light + Infrared Heat: Sculpt, Pilates, Power, Barre, HOT yoga

Gently Warmed : All of the above classes also have sister classes that are gently warmed on schedule daily!

NIR Light & Heat Safety

  • Safe for daily use

  • Supports blood flow, recovery, and joint health

  • Not recommended during fever or illness

  • If pregnant or newly postpartum, please talk to us before class
